Padova is a very pleasant student city for a trip and it’s fun to wander around its center. It is considered a focus for tourists, and it has views, ancient and narrow streets paved with stone, and ancient stone bridges across the Bakilione River. In addition, it has a colorful and antique market (closed on Sundays).
Cappella Degli Scrovegni – one of the most famous sites in Italy. On its walls, Giotto, painted the story of Jesus. Artistically, it is a masterpiece.
Near the big square, there is a very beautiful botanical garden. This is the first garden of its kind in the world, and was recognized by UNESCO as a recommended site for conservation. In the garden are hundreds of years old trees and a greenhouse, where plants from all over the world are sorted by continent and country. A significant part of the greenhouse includes explanations in areas related to the relationship between humans and plants.
